Waterproof outdoor jackets are designed for those who venture out in adverse conditions and want to be as protected as possible from rain and wind. The FORMER jacket is also made from a flexible material to maximize comfort in motion. This jacket is made to be waterproof and windproof while allowing moisture to evaporate from the body. And all this with a light and airy construction. Its design focuses on freedom of movement and a modern look.

• 3-layer flexible laminate - provides high weather protection at a low weight. All protective and functional layer features are in one material - flexibility, protection, and lining. The climate membrane is part of the material, covered by the bottom layer.
  • Very durable outer surface made of nylon (polyamide fibers) - highly resistant to abrasion and wear, and colorfast.
  • Bottom protective layer protects the climate membrane - breathable polyester.
• Climate membrane - laminated between the outer and bottom material:
  • Waterproof against rain even in prolonged adverse weather,
  • Waterproof: >25000 mm water column according to ČSN EN ISO 811
  • Windproof, ensuring optimal perceived temperature even in wind;
  • Sufficient vapor permeability - breathability for sweat vapor passing from the body.
• Taped seams - to ensure waterproofness at the stitching points, the seams are taped with a special heat-sealing tape applied under the prescribed pressure and heated for a certain time. This ensures a firm connection over the seams, preventing moisture from passing through in exposed areas from the external environment to the inside of the jacket.
• Maintains optimal microclimate - the jacket maintains an optimal climate and perceived temperature at the body thanks to its windproof and waterproof properties.
• Hood - anatomically shaped hood is attached to the jacket (not detachable), has a firm visor, and is shaped for comfortable wear. It is equipped with a climate membrane and lining for rain and wind resistance. Adjustable and shaped hood with an elastic cord.
• Waterproof zippers - the main zipper of the jacket and pocket zippers are waterproof, reducing the risk of water seeping into the pocket. Additionally, they are covered with flaps for increased protection.
• Reinforcement of exposed parts of the jacket - shoulder pieces are reinforced with a double layer of fabric.
• Lining - lightweight breathable lining - mesh in the body of the jacket - allows optimal moisture wicking from the body while providing excellent strength and durability for the jacket’s long lifespan.
• Sleeves are anatomically shaped for free movement. The pre-shaping corresponds to the natural bend of the arm.
• Sleeve ends with adjustable buckle for adjusting the sleeve end.
• 4 external pockets - 2 vertical chest pockets with waterproof zippers, 2 slanted lower pockets with waterproof zippers covered with shaped flaps.
• 1 internal sewn pocket.
• Front lower flap protecting the body under the waterproof zipper against wind and water penetration.
• Adjustable elastic cord at the bottom hem of the jacket.
